My Personal Interpretation of Maya Angelous Still I age In Still I Rise by Maya Angelou, the utterer exerts words that connote a sense of mensurate, both invaluable (oil, diamonds, oceans; things in nature) and materialistic (things in nature that are load up coin), in order to proclaim her effectualness and self-reliance to campaign forward and above the detrimental thoughts of race who she is perceiving as universe envious of her.
